This is how mail forwarding service works at Gay Marriage Agency “Golden Boys”

1. You write a letter to the guy of your choice and send it to us onto agency email address you’ll get with the reply on your introduction letter sent to the guy through our site.

2. In order your letter will be forwarded correctly:
a) Your FULL NAME and YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS should be mentioned in “Sender” field.
b) Guy’s FULL NAME should be mentioned in “Subject” field.

3. When we receive your letter we will forward it via e-mail to our local representative in the town the recipient lives in. Our local representative will translate in into Russian or Ukrainian (it depends on region guy lives in), print it out and mail it to the guy’s postal address. Our local representative will make a call to the guy to inform him a letter from you is on the way, in case the guy’s phone number is available for our agent.

4. Additionally our local agent will print out your photographs included to e-mail message. Both your letter and photographs will be mailed by registered mail to the guy. Local mail in the same region of Ukraine usually takes two days to be delivered.

5. After the guy of your choice receives a letter from you, translated in his native language, he will write reply for you in Russian or Ukrainian and send it to our local representative by mail. He also can bring his letter and photos personally to our office, but his letter has to be written by him personally. We do not practice writing letters for our guys following their dictation! Guy’s reply has to be written by him for you personally. Please note that most of guys are busy with their work or studies and often they are not able to reply you on the same day they received your mail.

6. After our local representative gets guy’s letter for you he will translate it into English and send it to our headquarters in Kiev via e-mail. Neither guy nor our local representative has your e-mail address! We do not share any personal information of our clients until their personal meeting. This principle of our work can not be changed by request.

7. Additionally our local representative will scan guy’s photos and include them into e-mail message we’ll forward to you. In case the guy during his visit of the local office supplied our agent with digital photographs mentioned for you, our local representative will forward them for you as well.

8. As soon as we received guy’s reply we will forward it to your e-mail address. With this procedure it is possible to send and receive a letter in as little as 3 to 5 days (if guy replies quickly). Regular post from abroad to Ukraine will take a minimum of 30-40 days round trip for the same letter, and it can be even longer. Also, international letters are frequently stolen on the way.

 

Delivery Time

1. Your letters are translated and mailed usually within 24 hours from the time we receive them.

2. Registered letters tare usually received in 2 days unless it is a weekend.

3. Registered letters are guaranteed to reach their destination. Lots of regular mail goes missing in Ukraine, because Ukrainian postal service is poor.

It doesn’t matter how good your letter is, or if you are exactly what Ukrainian guy is looking for. If he doesn’t receive your letter, you’re wasting your time!
